Dr. Terry Lamberth to Take Sabbatical
Last year the Clay-Platte
Baptist Association Leadership
Team
authorized Dr. Lamberth
to take an eight-week
sabbatical in recognition
of his twenty years of
service to the Association
as the Director of Missions.
Lamberth will begin
his sabbatical on May 3rd
and he will return to work
on July 13th. He will be
studying prayer, praying,
journaling, reading several
books on prayer, meeting
with a prayer mentor
several times, and attending
two pastors retreat
centers in Colorado. Pray
for him as he takes this
time to relax, to disconnect
from the ministry, to
study, and to recreate.
Dr. David Everly
will be supplying as Director
of Missions during
Lamberth’s sabbatical
leave. He will work three
half days and will carry out
the responsibilities of this
position in Lamberth’s
absence. Please feel free to
call on David for assistance
during this time. |
