    ASSOCIATIONAL PRAYER EMPHASIS!
Clay-Platte Association will begin holding MONTHLY ASSOCIATIONAL PRAYER MEETINGS. These meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every month from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. They will rotate each month to different Associational churches.

Contact the office to receive information on future locations. FIRST PRAYER MEETING: APRIL 17th, 7:00 PM AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF NORTH KANSAS CITY.

Praying together on Wednesday mornings at Association office.
Every Wednesday morning at 8:30 pastors and staff of the Clay-Platte Association are coming together at the Association office to pray together. We pray for each other. We pray for the churches and the staff members of those churches. We pray for God to bring clarity to the mission work of Clay-Platte Baptist Association.

We begin each meeting with each of us telling his or her personal need for prayer. We then begin praying for individuals. The prayer broadens from the needs of the group to the needs of the churches and pastors. On occasion, someone will begin singing a favorite song and everyone will join in.

The prayer meetings have been very beneficial to those participating. God shows up and the people find comfort and strength for the day and week ahead of them. God is transforming the lives of these individuals. There is always room for anyone who wants to participate in this time of prayer.
