Publication Moving to ONLINE! Clay Platte Baptist Association's NORTHLINE: As the cost of postage and printing continue to increase and the number of people with on-line access continues to grow; it seems like a step in the right direction to turn this newsletter into an on-line publication. LamberthLINES I have just completed seventeen years as the Director of Missions for Clay-Platte Baptist Association. Where has the time gone? I appreciate the opportunities I have had over these years of ministry. MissionLINES When I was a child I always thought I would never get older; but since I have realized I am getting older, it seems like time is going really fast. I can not believe that summer is just around the corner again. CollegeLINES College students face a tremendous amount of pressure. They are transitioning from a world of dependence on their parents to provide their needs...... NewHopeLINES Here we are with the camp season almost here and we are wearing our winter coats...... |

Pleasant Valley: Pleasant Valley is offering An Equipping Seminar for Church Leaders; “Helping the Porn Addicted” is the topic of the free seminar 1-4 P.M. June 6th. The seminar is for pastors and church staff to receive training in sexual addiction awareness and practical guidelines for working with those affected by sexual addictions. The seminar leader is Dr. Paul Carlisle, who has been a pastor, counselor and seminary professor. He knows the power of addiction having grown up with an alcoholic father.
